Yes, SPA heat is included free. Spa only runs when in use. Pool heating is available for an additional fee for reservations staying between September 1 - June 1. Given fluctuating gas prices, pool fees will be charged at market rates, based on the average about 2 weeks before the stay.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
